Average time meal was delivered was 1130 . I was told they was going to start earlier around 10ish. My caregiver comes about 11-12 but there’s no set time as he’s only allowed 14 hrs a week. I’m home but not able to get to the door so I asked if they could leave it on the washer. They refused too and have now told me they can no longer service me. When I called in I was told they were advise to tell me to not call them and to call my health coordinator. The volunteer drivers are great, but the staff needs more training. I’ve had many issues with them from saying even though my Chihuahua was in a cage in the garage they were still afraid and didn’t want to come to my fence to hand over the meal , to look like I’m doing illegal activities and have a lot of traffic comming and going.
