After having completed their extensive Domestic Violence Counselor training and a background check, I have tried for MONTHS to no avail to finally begin volunteering for their crisis hotline. It is so sad to see reviews that they don't answer the hotline when they are not prioritizing onboarding new volunteers to help with this. What a horrible waste of time. Do better Haven Hills.

I started out in haven hills 45 day emergency crisis program, at the end of the 45 day crisis stay they conduct an "interview" for H2, they told me I would be able to stay also stated I never gave them any issues and I was proud, they gave me a place for my son and I. The same day I was suppose to sign the papers for my H2 stay they kept pushing my time back they was not organized then all of a sudden I have to attend a meeting. She stated that I put others at risk with giving an address out and I had to be gone the next day at 3pm? also stated they conducted an investigation on me and was not able to give me any information I KNOW FOR A FACT I did not put any one at risk and the fact they could not give me any information she wasn't even able to look in the camera and give me a better reason on why I was being discriminated against. Well me and my son is BACK on the streets with no where to stay I was unable to obtain my things because I don't have anyone nor anywhere to go...Haven hills please do better I have plenty of pictures I took of others breaking rules in this place but I would never want anyone and they kids back on the streets.
