I parked in this parking lot last night and drank a beer. It was perfect. There was plenty of parking. The concrete was nice. The stripes are well painted. It was a little busy but it was a nice day so that’s to be expected.

Great place to have a small venue. Just keep in mind if you do so, you will be responsible for setting up and cleaning up. Provide your own food and table setting. Advice would be to allocate some family members of friends to help with clean up and set up for ease and peace of mind.

Community management office sucks. We pay 1200$ a year and we get non manatained living space by lazy people in office. Rules only for residents now for the management.
