Very nice, yet busy airport. We had a 2-hour layover here and had time to walk around a bit and grab a bite to eat. The movement between terminals was made easy by using the airport’s Sky Train, which quickly transported us to the correct terminal. There are several unique art displays, which vary by terminal. There are many food shops to choose from but at ridiculous prices for their dishes. The cost businesses must be charged to have a place at the airport must be astronomical because of the prices they charge here. Other than the food prices, found this airport to be very clean, well maintained and easy to navigate.

Atlanta airport is just amazing and huge! Everything went so smoothly, from boarding to security checks, and the staff was super nice and helpful. Flying to Miami in business class was a real treat! Bye, Atlanta! See you again soon!

This is a big airport with a lot of amenities. It’s really good if you’re flying through here to somewhere else. But the TSA check-in system with the bags when you’re leaving from here isn’t very good. There are lots of good restaurants and the restrooms seem to be clean.

My biggest complaint is getting to/from domestic terminal and International terminal. How is this possible that world’s busiest airport has such a bad shuttle service. I saw over 100 people standing to wait for shuttle (Sep 19 2024 around 1pm) while the shuttle was really small which could only accommodate a handful passengers. Yes one can take Uber or Taxi but that’s a service ATL is supposed to provide. There is a plane train but to be able to use it, you have to be already beyond the security area which does not work for someone arriving on a domestic flight and have to collect luggage. I was in Concourse D which had really small sitting area. Washrooms were okay. At the international terminal, there should be a Sign board right after one comes out of security area directing what’s on right, left, and straight ahead.

We had a stopover in this airport. The trial has lots of shops and clean restrooms . Lots of seats to chill and also ample space to walk around.

TSA precheck, check in, flight attendants, seats; all were amazing. Everything was smooth. Southwest Airlines you did a good job. The seats were comfortable, bathroom was clean, flight attendants were friendly and entertaining. Snacks were so good. Never knew vegan pretzels were so good. Two days ago I loved this airport even more and I will always come back

Nice and easy layout for connecting flights.

There are lots of eateries and concession stands to tempt you. Also the Duty Free I bought 250g of Amber Leaf £72.00 bargain.

The only negative comment is the Staff are very Abrupt but that’s just the Yanks.
