If Google had been a thing when I first came to Hartland 25 years ago I would have reviewed it back then, and given it the same 5 stars. Natural beauty plus a firm spiritual foundation and excellant facilities create a camp environment that serves any group. Tons of activities, great food, and accommodations to suit any budget. 2021 ADDENDUM: THE CAMP DID NOT BURN UP! It was a very close call but thanks to hard working firefighters and the hand of God the camp remains.

Absolutely love this place. The cabins are actually nice, they have many activities you can do here, many places to hang out, and the experience with God is on a whole new level.

BEST CAMP EVER!!!
I love this camp and what they offer to the campers! So many passionate counselors that serve in the camp for build up campers character. And... The Who facility is very well maintained, ALL staff on site is very kind n helpful!!

I had been attending "church camps" for almost 40 years when I first attended a convention at Hartland.
From the first look at the grounds I thought, this is the best camp I've ever been to.
From that moment on, nothing has happened to make me change my mind.
I've never been served such good food, never encountered such pleasant staff, never had such comfortable accommodation and never felt such respectful observance of the First Amendment.

This formerly wonderful place now refuses to provide food without a written waiver of liability for food poisoning - eating is listed in the form. It's a sad loss what was a great family camp with reasonable prices. My tiny ministry has food liability insurance.

Nestled in the majestic Redwood forest close to Badger,Ca. is a place that is special. Let me explain myself which we'll be tough as words can hardly describe the love that the staff and this place shows students families of all ages and people groups. This place helps you examine your our heart. It also blesses the people who visit this place with wisdom that can only come from one place. Yep you guessed it the Bible the rock this place was build on. You can see this word living and breathing all around not only here, but sometimes it is just easier at a place like this. Oh yeah I forgot to say they have some pretty awesome activities too here. Epic paint ball course, fishing at the lake, zip line the traverses the lake, large lap pool, huge swing, railing walls, indoor basketball, volleyball, archery, crafts, canoeing, row boats, ultimate challenging team course, trails all over and snack shop and much ,more. Plus amazing 5 star food better than any camp I've ever been too.
