A Good Credit Union to have an account at. It is conveniently located south of Whitehall, Michigan. They have opened a second location that is conveniently located just off US 31 also. They have a wide range of banking products to offer. They have a program to reward you for using your debit card that will give you a credit on Google Play or iTunes purchases as we.

Don't go here. The branch in Whitehall is okay but the main branch won't even treat you like a person if you don't have a matching Stanley cup.
As far as member services I've had only bad experiences going as far as people LYING to me. Not a very trustworthy staff, as I could go on I just will leave it at don't go here.

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT GO HERE.

I wish I could give zero stars.

For starters: They are extremely rude if you ask questions about any loans or anything.

I am a student and they convinced me to get a student loan with them, and when I say this was the most predatory thing that has ever happened to me. Not only did they not disclose that it was a 25 year loan, and said it was a locked in rate of 3%. Of course, they lied, and now the interest rate is almost 8%. They constantly deflect questions when you ask hard questions that would show their sneaky ways with student loans.

Extremely disgusting by the employees and how they take advantage of people, specifically, in the student loan area.

Save yourself and do not go here.

Great bank to deal with! Staff is always helpful for any and all banking/loan needs. Multiple events throughout the year they put on for members and even the community! Every person that ask for suggestions on banking, I always say Harbor Light Credit Union since I personally have my loans with them.

Great place for all your banking needs. They treat you like a person and not a number. It's nice to still have that small town/small business feel, rather than an overly corporate environment. We are very happy members! They care, and it shows.

A complete waste of time. Pulled credit twice still unable to complete loan. This took over two weeks to process. Unable to text or email my self. Stayed out of touch I had too make numerous trips to credit union. They failed to keep current phone number. Communication was poor at best. They offered a bad loan at poor terms after this process. Go to Huntington I did.
