I highly recommend Hamilton House! The management team is amazing and very accommodating. The location is great! The facility is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The care staff engage with the residents and provide great care. The food is very good and they also offer the option to order from their bistro menu as an alternative. There are so many activities offered on the independent/assisted living side and memory care unit. Hamilton house staff and the residents are very welcoming! Transitions can be tough but Hamilton house does a great job making a seamless transition. I appreciate everything that Hamilton House does to provide the best care to the residents!

My dad (99 years old) has been in the Memory Care unit for over three years. While the Hamilton House isn't perfect, the staff has always been great to work with and after visiting my dad every week, I always leave with an assurance that he is in a place where he is well cared for. I have a quarterly meeting with the staff and am impressed with the number of activities they provide and the attention they pay to my dad's special needs. Thanks to all at HH for your extra ordinary service in an environment where caring for the needs of the various residents can be extra ordinarily challenging.

Katie at Hamilton house went up and above to help me get my dad into their assisted living. She was extremely professional, prompt, and compassionate when I was trying to decide where to have my father live. The whole staff there really was very top notch, on top of that I was very pleased with Hamilton House over all in every aspect.

This is easily without question the most vile and disgusting nursing home I have ever stepped foot in. This place is absolutely crawling with bed bugs left and right. The kitchen department is not at all up to standards. The older woman server and the blonde one are easily some of the most incompetent wait staff I have ever come across. The food is often times not prepared well at all. The executive director Mitchell hasn’t done anything at all to make the place a high quality retirement home, and the memory care unit is an absolute disaster. They have virtually nothing over there for the residents and also resort to even using paper plates, paper cups, and plastic utensils. It’s an overall travesty in this place

Hamilton house has always provided individualized comprehensive care for my gam gam. Everytime we visit, my grandma she reminds me of how busy she gets with all the activities they provide for the residents. I highly recommend this senior living care. Exceptionally clean and friendly environment. Thanks for all that you do!

My mom is coming up on her 1-year anniversary at Hamilton House. She wasn’t safe living alone in her townhome, so we found Hamilton House and moved her up from the Chicago area. Alzheimer’s made it difficult for her to understand why she had to move, so the process was not at all easy. She struggled for a while with anger and depression. The staff at Hamilton House, however, helped us in every way possible. They were so patient and accommodating, with her and with her family. They helped guide her and worked to keep her as independent as possible. In April, my mom transitioned to memory care and the change has been amazing. I worried about her losing more control of her life, but she actually gained freedom from making daily decisions that she was no longer capable of making. She loves the staff, stopping to hug them all the time. She tells me how much she loves her room and the place she lives. Crystal, Amanda and Carrie treat each resident with the utmost love, care, and respect. I have had nothing but pleasant, helpful interactions with everyone on staff from day one. Tory does an excellent job of organizing activities, onsite and off, for the residents to enjoy. I really do feel like the general goal of Hamilton House is for everyone to be able to live their best life.
