This is the worst place to buy anything. I left with the worst customer service and got overcharge. I bought a living room and two dining room chairs. The original price for the chairs was $150 but there was supposedly a discount of 50% with a final price of $75 the set. When I got home, I noticed that they never applied the discount and charge me with the old price. I drove an hour and a half back to this place trying to get a refund or a credit line and they denied on giving me any solutions. The manager, which is a old lady behaved very rude with me at the beginning. I showed her my receipt and a photo of the set with the tag showing the 50% discount. And still, she told me that she couldn’t help me.
I lost a lot of money coming from far away with gas, trying to resolve this matter.
If you wanna buy furniture in a good price, I suggest you go somewhere else than here.

Horrible service! My brother bought a few items that were supposed to be half off, but the employee made a mistake and charged him more than the actual price. When my brother returned to get a refund, the manager was incredibly rude and said he couldn’t get his money back because he didn’t have the chairs (even though the employee had told him he didn’t need them to process the refund). She clearly doesn’t know how to be polite, honest, or show integrity, and should be fired immediately.

Very disappointed by this location and their policy. Extremely misleading branding and information!!!
I went to donate a perfectly good couch, only because I got a new one. The couch is in almost perfect shape with the exception of 2 small tears, on the bottom of 2 of the pillows, the size of a quarter. They refused to take it because they DON'T restore donations.
Said otherwise, they want brand new stuff so they can make a profit.

First time at Habitat for Humanity ReStores, a non-profit organization that helps people in need build new houses. I always wanted to volunteer for Habitat for Humanity but never got the chance.

Habitat for Humanity ReStores is perfect for anyone who wants to remodel their home but lacks the funding. Most of the products here are donated and are super affordable. The money or "so-called profits" goes back to helping the organization. Win-win! Ok I'm tired. Go check them out when you get the chance.

Great place! Never knew it was there. They have a little bit of everything. (No clothing). Paint items. Hardware. Furniture. Bathroom items. Towel racks. Most of the furniture is large. The store does not deliver but they have a list at the front desk of people who you can call for delivering. I really enjoyed searching around the store to see what they have. It is arranged nice and neatly. They don't always have the same things so you can go back over and over. The staff are very nice and helpful.

I called ahead to drop off a queen bed frame and they said it's fine never mentioned it had to be on "pristine" condition. I drive from Antioch and the asian sergeant handling the actual donations said they can't take it because it had a couple of nicks and dust. She said it has to look perfect because they have to be able to put it right out. She said the people that answer the phones are volunteering and don't necessarily know how it works. Why have them answering questions about donating?!!. Poor customer service by all.
