I MAYBE THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO HABITAT FOR PEOPLE WHO THEY FEEL LIKE HELPING. have been waiting for 2 Years for Habitat or repair or fix issues in my house that they have promised to fix and only a set of stairs that were not up to code has been done. I had to sell my car for the funds to hire someone to fix for me but being a widow of a Vietnam veteran with no other help is going to be costly and take time to get this done myself. I am SO disappointed with these people 😞 As of August 14, 2024 I am still waiting for ANYONE from Habitat to explain to me why I am still waiting for my sub floor near my bedroom closet and in front of my heating unit to be repaired like they promised back in March 2021. MAYBE THEY ARE WAITING FOR THE HEATING UNIT TO FALL THROUGH THE FLOOR OR MAYBE THEY ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO A PERSON TO FALL THROUGH AND REALLY HURT THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY DECIDE TO HONOR THEIR PROMISES TO FIX THE FLOOR. MY FAVORITE THING IS WATCHING THEIR TRUCKS DRIVE BY MY UNIT VERY QUICKLY SO THEY CAN IGNORE HELPING THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE TRUSTED THEM TO HELP US WHEN WE HAVE NO ONE ELSE TO HELP US.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this store. When going to check out I was asked the price and there was no price listed although the door that I was trying to buy was in a section where all the other doors were between 50 and $60. They wanted to charge me $150 for this particular door so I thought I would go and ask another associate what the door cost would be and the gentleman explained to me. It was $15 because it was an actual Closet door not actual door and when I asked Wendy the store manager, she would not come off the $150 price. I think maybe there’s some poor management at this store I’m doing a study to see what all the Habitat for Humanity stores are like right now so far this one failed the test upper management might want to look at what’s happening inside the store from some of the reviews. I have read. It looks like it’s not coming so well for the store.

This place is fabulous. Donate unwanted or removed building supplies like doors, windows, tile, flooring, etc. They then sell it (go browse -- great stuff!) and use the money to build more affordable housing. Win-win-win. Highly recommended.

Hi this is just my opinion,,I had this problem with the store manager..I alredy negotiate a set of chairs with another employee and wean I paid they overcharged me and the price for each chair was $50 but they wanted to charge me $90 for each chair. And wean I ask theam the store manager was very rude and not polite at all .and She said NO DEALS HER YOU WANT THEAM YOU PAY THE PRICE. So she refunded my money and that was it ,I wnt back 2 week later and the chair are still there, ware there store policy is that evry week things go down and I seen theam for $125 each...my ? Is all this things are donation given to theam ,WHY THEY ACT LIKE THIS ,very very disappointed

Worst customer service ever! I went to donate some couches literally in good condition nothing wrong with them and the guy “incharge” of the back (his name is John) had such a nasty attitude. He sighed in frustration and didn’t bother to look at the right and said they weren’t worth anything but inside they had a dirty looking seat that was already bought. Point of all this if you can, avoid coming here.
