I have a habitat home in NC, and my account has since been turned over to this company. I was was sent an account balance back in December, me thinking that this is all I owed I had help sending in MOST of it. Now since I was not able to send the balance before the end of the month, the company has sense informed me that they will be adding another month to my payments.
This is what they say will happen until i pay off my balance. They are not adding normal late fees, they are adding a whole dam monthly house payment to my balance.
Once I get out of this, I wash my hands with this company! And the customer service is the worst! The person that keeps emailing me is nasty as hell!

Worst company I've dealt with.... They lost my payment then after I went to western union to pay the $15 fee for a photocopy of the cashed money ordered that they cashed they found it!!! They should have gladly given me my $15 back because it was there fault and they stated they couldn't. People be very careful. So disappointed in this organization

They say on their website a one-of-a-kind morgage company they're being truthful with that for sure I'm betting the reason for the name change is because they were giving habatate a bad name my friend has been trying to change information for over a week now no matter what time you call you get an answering machine then it takes untill the next day at the earliest for someone to return ur call there is no excuse for treating people this way these people work long and hard to get their house only to be bullied and terrified of loosing it because of this company where is the better business bureau when you need them all I can say is be very very careful dealing with this company
