I called last week to get information on utility assistance and the person who answered the phone was very very rude and very very short. I explained to her that I was in need for utility assistance and she said I needed to wait for the application to be online February 3rd. She wouldn't allow me to ask her any questions regarding the process. I thanked her for the little information she gave. People are in need more than before with everything skyrocket. I'm sixty and I have always worked to pay my bills. I lost my income and is seeking help any way I can. Please it only takes one paycheck for someone to be in the same place as I am.

Please have a heart for the ones suffering during this time.

Angela Is such a diamond, she really went about and beyond for months (literally) to get Tricon Resident to take payment for my rent! I’m so grateful and thankful for you. I appreciate you so much.

Honestly, people. What good does it do to approve someone for rental assistance after they have been evicted? If you send a check after the person has already been thrown out by the constable, what good does it do? Please figure out how to streamline your process, so you can help people who are TRULY in a crisis. Anybody who can wait six weeks for help is not in trouble.

And do something about your rude and condescending case workers. Some of them (not all) need to find a new line of work if they can't answer a polite question without getting combative.

Easily the only place that offered me real assistance when I needed it the most. We were going through real trying times, and Ami Rodriguez provided me with information that I needed. I was enrolled in GED classes and financial literacy. I appreciate all that the team did to help me and my family.

Gulf Coast Community Service was nothing short of amazing! When I tell you, I walked in feeling defeated and nothing or no one to turn to- God turned that feeling into Happy, and Joyous! The customer service was exemplary! There was a genuine authentic loving atmosphere. You can def tell Ami, Sue, And Mr.Buford where in the business of compassion, empathy, and apathy! Thank you all for being such a big blessing and understanding the needs of individuals and community! I’ll forever be indebted of your servitude! God Bless!!!

Hello if you are reading this, please and I mean please be patient with this company!!! It is so worth the wait. I had people who tried to discourage me about this company, but I’m happy I have my own mind! These people not only assist with rent(for 2months), they helped out with lights, they gave my child a free laptop, and even sent me a $100 Walmart gift card!!! Blessing, blessings, blessings! Don’t get me wrong it takes a while for assistance, I’m going to say 2months but it’s worth the wait. I mean sometimes we wait longer for other agencies to receive what $200.00 towards the rent.this is the best agency I have worked with and I pray they bless your life the same way they have blessed mines! Keep ya head up I know it get hard but remember God is in control😘

Review Based on Phone Customer Service.
My power is off and I have 4 days to pay, or I also lose the account.

To the woman who answered the phone (around 3:11pm, on 07-26-22) in the most stoic and unenthusiastic of tones, someone needing help is routine to you. For those of us on the other end, the phone call is an impactful event. Compassion in customer service goes a long way. You should sound like you care.
