It was very nice. They seemed truly concerned about the individual. Some places move you around like cattle. They didn't. A very positive aura from all the staff. Ladies were all beautiful. The one brother was laid back chill.

Came to door, it was locked. They state you have to buzz the door to get in, there's no buzzer. As I tried to open the door a lady ran out like I was a criminal and said "There's no funding or food for anyone in the city, only the county!" This is outrageous! The homeless and jobless people are in the city! Why have a location in the city that doesn't help anyone in the city?

This organization is horrible!!! They do not answer calls or return them!! I have called several times left messages nothing absolutely nothing!! Serving who/what if you're not responding to calls!! It shouldn't take weeks or months to return/or answer a call smh SAD!! People call because we need help!!

Special Thanks to this organization for the rental help! I definitely needed it and with the help of Montrelle Gardner he made it all happen for me he was a big help through the process he even let me know about the amazing food pantry they have! They were very Respectful and they helped and completed everything in a timely manner. Thanks again!

Hello St louis City Residents. I wanted to say that I went for Rental and Utilities Assistance and Ms.Rachel was my intake specialist. For one she had exceptional Customer. I could tell that what she was doing was genuine. And a person with alot of integrity. It's been along time since I met someone that EXCEED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend anyone that needs assistance try their organization and ask for Ms.Rachel. She is an amazing woman. Thank You for continuing to help me and my family.
