The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I have never felt uncomfortable under anyone’s care. I feel like they know who I am and feeling welcomed in a place is everything. Thank you ladies for always being sweet and funny.

Supposed to now be appointment only in an attempt (I assume) to get a handle on their efficiency issues, but they lasted about one whole week enforcing it. 15 people waiting at the door Saturday at open, 15 people walked in and all freely scanned in. Make it make sense.
Fix the system to where it will not allow scanning in until 5 minutes before your appointment time. Problem solved.

The ladies here are amazing! Always friendly, professional, and make the whole process easy and comfortable. Their kindness and teamwork make every visit a great experience for myself and everyone that visits I’m sure.🙌🏽

This is the slowest and most unorganized center I’ve ever donated to! I switched centers because I live closer but I would rather drive and extra 10 min to Charlotte than ever visit this center again. The first day, I sat for 2.5 hours before my name was even called because “they forgot about me”! The second time was no better. Appt at 8:30 but it’s currently 10:09am with no movement. I don’t need a 3rd time to know I need to switch back to freedom drive in Charlotte. One lady was setting me up and literally stopped midway to go plug a phone up! That’s ridiculous! There are two ladies that seem to know what they’re doing efficiently. Hispanic lady and a black lady with braids and glasses. (Wears pink sneakers). They may talk but they keep working and pleasant. Idk if more help is needed, a better system, but something needs to change!

Temporary 1 star review until this staffing shortage issue is addressed. 10:45 appointment- - -12:16 start time for donating. I highly suggest limiting donor numbers until the facility is in a position to handle these higher volumes in an efficient manner. Going to appointment only would be the most logical way of accomplishing this.

The employees - 5 stars!! The center itself is very friendly & inviting. The company itself though needs to make improvements. Since they are so understaffed, even with an appointment, it’s normal to have to wait an hour before even getting stuck & hooked up to the machine. On the plus side, Grifols does pay more than the other company.

EDIT: Again love the people that work here, they passed me through, wish they are able to do this themselves and not have to wait on a doctor to giggle and talk and then dissappear to then do the same thing every Thursday.

I love donating here. The Doctor is getting on my nerves though, my blood sample has passed and he still seems to ignore passing me so I can donate. It's been two weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous for a doctor to come in on Thursdays and not do his damn job.

Worst location with the slowest staff & managers especially Osha. It took the manager an entire hour to upload my donation fee after my visit. I had to go inside multiple times to see what was going on they weren’t answering the phones as it was around closing time I kept being told everything is fine it was processed so I went back to check each time & it wasn’t uploaded this went on for and entire hour before I actually received it. So in retaliation to this the manager goes and have me deferred from all Grifols. I did nothing wrong she made up so many lies and put them on my account. It’s insane and wicked in this place be aware of these people in here. Zero out of 10 run from this place and Grifols in general all locations are corrupt.
