The attorney for child support was unethical and proceeded to Manipulate a prior divorce court order that states in the divorce that the dependent check for child will be paid in full and will be given to other party in Lou of support, but the manipulation of that order by the green county child support attorney is trying to bleed the veteran for more money at 50/50 shared placement and the ssdi dependent check amount has fluctuated over time to over 718$ to 804$ down to 268$ the court order specifically says the other party collects that check in full in Lou of support and the child is insured under the disabled veteran, and now the veteran is being extorted in such a unethical manner that the attorney will look at VA disability that’s not subject to monitary payment by federal law and attempt to extort the difference from the ssdi check illegally against prior divorce court order and federal laws, the veteran receives and the veteran has other dependents also the veteran filed Nov 21 2023 to have support revised due to the dependent check being a over payment of what support should be the judge told the veteran she won’t even think about revisiting child support until the custody study is complete the motion the veteran filed has been taken off of ccap and the money paid to file was dispersed somewhere else the clerk is on recording remembering filing the veterans motion yet someone in the county has mysteriously lost that motion in order for other party to have support brought up and looked at other party put child on badger care to shark benifits even know the veterans insurance covers the child so prior motions are being filed and deleted to open doors for child support to manipulate court orders I feel the bar association needs to be contacted do to multiple attorneys in green county making unethical moves in the court process a copy of the previous motion from veteran if found may be uploaded it was denied
