I want to start off by saying my experience with Great Washington Urban League has been amazing. I was overwhelmed with me and my son displacement and Ms. Dominique Jean-Baptiste communicated with me every step to assure she took ever measure to contact and let me know my case was not a case that was being ignored which is how I felt from the lack of communication from my housing provider. I appreciate this so much being in tough situation is very discouraging but to have someone actually do there job and know they care was a amazing feeling and I am forever grateful.

Feels like home. Staff treats you like a human being. Christmas party was a blast. My massage was heaven. I've been housed because of them. They really care about people.

GWUL is amazing! My navigator and I are in the same page a completely different experience from others that work with DHS for housing assistance. They give us so many options to develop myself to be a better parent.

Ghetto Staff Members that don't return calls, lazy, and have nasty attitudes. The mission is to help people in an Urban setting and these incompetent staff members do none of those things. Needs a complete overhaul.
