Called for help after going through the wringer to try and get ahold of someone and the receptionist sounded so incredibly bothered. Just exhausted by our conversation. Made me feel like a jerk for trying to get help. This is why some people don’t ask for help, they’re met with the feeling of being a burden. Perk up, life isn’t all that bad.

They're locked up tighter than a drum for their protection, and that is probably a good thing. Their secretary, while professional, must have been having a bad month, as it showed in her attitude. My caseworker though, had the kindness, compassion and patience to help me through the process, as I have short term memory loss and severe dizzy spells.

I have been calling and i just want to talk to a real person so i can update my address and see if my medicaid plan is still available in my new county but it’s impossible to get in contact with a real human. all i get is automated messages and none of them answer my question. i am literally going to have to drive to the office just to talk to a person.

This place is filled with totally unprofessional authoritarians who don't care about the lives they ruin and the families they destroy in their misguided pursuits. They take false claims, fail to investigate thoroughly, and make spin them up into court cases where they pile on the lies with their own false statements, I have literally heard their agents perjure to the court to get their way. They also make many false promises of services they eventually offer to offset the costs they incur on poor families who can not afford it. This culminates in them literally ripping a family apart without any shame. Way to serve society up damaged individuals because your unable to do your job guys...

This is where I go to get a child abuse and neglect clearance for working in childcare. I fill out the paper, give my license, and in 5 minutes I have my clearance. Fast, friendly service. It is a little harder to find from the main road, but once you know where it is there is no problem.
