Love this store. Have bought multiple pieces of furniture here when needed. Can't beat the prices. Store was half off last time I was there and they even took more off. Got a large sectional couch with large rug delivered to my house for under $200! The rug alone was worth that! Highly recommend. The staff was also very helpful.

Have sent tons of items there as I sort through an estate. Today was told that they would not accept an antique mahogany dining table a china cabinet and a love seat ( said the love seat was dated). The love seat was a mid tone solid grey no stains or defects. It was not "dated". Funny they took the 3 peice mid century modern formica coffee table and matching end tables NO PROBLEM, From the 60's wouldn't that be dated? That being said b.s. they don't take china cabinets. I will now donate to a THANKFUL charity. Bad move not only will I not donate any more items there. I won't shop there even again. News flash. Your not Gormans or Macys. Or Lazy boy. I have seen PLENTY of "dated" items there in BAD condition. Disgusted. The workers blamed it on a " new manager". That manager is going to manage them right out of business.....

Tuesday. 25% off furniture. Both tags say 49.99$ on them (granted, on one someone crossed out a 7 and made a 4, but one with 49.99$ clear as day) so we grab the tag and take it to the front, thinking they would have maybe knew what was going on. I was charged the full amount (with discount) and didn't realize until after. After going in and talking to the cashier, he had told me he would give me the difference in cash. No problem. He calls manager Krysta to the front while I go help grab said piece of furniture from the back. As we head to the front, we were confronted by Krysta, who had told me that the store wouldn't be honoring the price that was on BOTH stickers very aggressively, as if I was the one who placed the price tags. She offered a refund, which I accepted, but was completely rude for the entire encounter. She seemed absolutely irritated with us that she had to deal with us at all. We asked if it was a problem, she responded with "no but I have other work to do." Don't we all, lady? If this is the type of "managerial skills" required to run the Grace Centers for Hope, then they have set the bar extremely low. Buddy behind the counter was a nice dude though.

Well-stocked with clothing, but a bit sparse on furniture and housewares. Not their fault, as they rely entirely on donations. Employees will are friendly and helpful. Wheelchair accessible, but there are no public restrooms.

The main enticements to shop here are the sales and manager specials. For instance, senior discount (Wednesdays) is 50%, not 20% like most places. Today, all clothing was $2 unless tagged cheaper, and furniture was 25% off. Most coffee cups are 49¢ every day, and most clear water glasses are 99¢. Flatware (aka "silverware") is extremely inexpensive at 5/$1, but selection is hit-or-miss (only table knives and a few forks today).
They often have an odd assortment of new items near the registers. Today there were a few high-end new shoes at various prices, an assortment of small medical items, and a bin full of Calvin Klein eyeglass hard cases. The glasses cases were white only, many still in packaging; only 99¢ each.
I left very happy, having purchased two sweatshirts, two glasses cases, and the cutest coffee cup ever (owl) for just $6.86.
