I got teary eyed coming here today because I always pass by but haven’t been in there since I was about 5 years old. A lot of shops had closed in Norwalk since then. I’m 24 now and it just brought back childhood memories. The workers here are very nice and I got some good quality clothing for the low.

I give 2 stars to this location. The 2 stars are for their staff. They are amazing. Very positive and upbeat. Happy and say hello and always ask if you need help. Great support. Their prices are high however. Shoes especially. They've gone up to $15 a pair for basic shoes and some with even no insoles, laces and that are damaged. Considering I can go down the street to Salvation Army and get shoes there for $10.99 makes them overpriced here.

Great finds, and the dressing rooms are open!! They do not give student discounts like other Goodwills, which is fine because I thought they were lower priced compared to others. Thank you!

I love this out of the way GW! I come here for smocks. I'm a lunchlady at an elementary school and I like to brighten up the kids' day as I am feeding them lunch! This store also has some nice household items as well. Staff is friendly n helpful too!

I love to shop for jeans I redo them, patchwork and create to design a new-looking pair, etc. But the thrift stores are not what they use to be. I'm not paying $10 for old used jeans. Different locations have better items and lower prices.

Staff here is super friendly and I've found some pretty cute items on my little trips here 🙂 love the return policy as well, so it's definitely my go to goodwill when I need something or just wanna treat myself

Prices are a bit high for a thrift store but it makes sense given inflation and how popular thrifting has become which sucks but its obviously not the staffs fault lol

I don't like the fact security follows me, like if I'm going to steal dirty. Used clothes.

Never going back there.
