I primarily come to Goodwill locations for picture frames, and this particular Goodwill location is not at all a good one--there are so many frames that there is no safe way to look through them. I've had glass shatter near me more than once from huge frames getting tipped forward by other frames that I'm looking at. Add in the gigantic mirrors that are also stored with the frames and you get disaster upon disaster waiting to happen. I wish the store manager(s) would realize that either more space needs to be allocated for picture frames to be safely displayed, or that fewer frames need to be put out on the shelves. This is a safety concern--take it seriously.

Worst goodwill I have been in as far. Prices fluctuate on every item so there's no standards in any categories. I seen 3 books of the same 3 diffrent prices on the shelf one was 3.99 the othere was 5.99 and the last one was 7.99 for a papper back. There game section was full but prices where all over the place. Every other good will charges a even rate for things this one likes to up charge.

I have always loved thrifting and enjoy this Goodwill in particular! However, have noticed prices rising over the last few years! I can find the same or even better prices at HomeGoods, Ross, TJ Maxx brand new lol. I’m lookin’ for a good deal when thrifting 😀

Not very organized and more pricy then other thrift stores in Chico. Not a very good selection for men’s clothing but they have tons of women’s clothes to choose from. The staff doesn’t seem very happy and they are not of much help.

Love it here. They are always playing cool music inside the store and the staff is awfully helpfull. Great selection of clothes and priced to move. Awsome!!

Best place to shop , found a large roll of Christmas wrapping paper, started but more reasonable price & a used pet carrier for $5.00. A few decorations for fall, all at reasonable prices. Friendly & helpful cashier's. Clean store, no bad scents there !
