I had them do my taxes. The preparer lied to me about how much federal I was getting back and she told me I was getting a heating credit by check. The amount of federal and heat credit were disallowed by the IRS. Dont go to these people to do your taxes. They are not accurate at all.

Terrible language barriers. Can't understand conversation, accusing racial slur. Racial slur was said by management to begin with. I was talking to co- worker about the salsa dance. She is good at. They accused me of saying to her to go eat salsa. Then suspended me. Ugh!

There was 3 parts to this goodwill. I part drive up donation area. Next 2 parts was 1 had there like long bens that had clothes assecciories all for sail by the pound. Very disorganized and couldn't even find my size cause it's all mixed together with none of if marked. Next area was where it had clothes marked and hung up, all type of other things like shoes bags and stuff. That's where I went in to look.

I've been doing my taxes here for 3 years and I won't go anywhere else. They treat you well and are very friendly. Everything is checked by another person and that's very important.
