Horrible, the roof overhang is all falling off despite being owned by Turning Point of Central California and being remoded prior to opening. Some of the tenants are out in the neighborhood getting high, if they get kicked out they stay in the neighborhood doing the same thing. People are constantly cutting their fencing and wandering into the property. Just today, three people walked in and were getting high for hours. Security is on site, but no one seemed to notice. They couldn't even spring for an actual security gate, they have cones, chairs, and caution tape in the front, and the side is a busted up wall and a piece of fencing that's zip tied. The lot with the dumpsters isn't managed, it's a mess and people are constantly staying there for days, trashing it up, dealing out of tents, doing drugs and making it dangerous for kids to be out. They need to clean this place up, properly manage, properly secure, and help the neighborhood out.
Other than that, other tenants do seem to be doing well and getting themselves together while there.

If you sleep outside where the staff and others can see you, you will get houses in just a few days. But don't get discouraged when they tell you that they don't have any openings. It took me almost a week to get a room. Now I'm not sleeping outside on the streets anymore. They help people, you just have to keep coming back twice a day. Just be consistent and keep checking in.

I just got off the phone with the district attorney who refused to help me as well as everybody else in the City of Fresno and the county of Fresno including the Golden State triage center who I've been going to everyday asking for shelter because I'm homeless I got hung up on by one of the representatives at the da and the other one I got into an argument with about him refusing to want to help me. I've been going everyday to the triage center for 2 weeks asking for shelter every day they've told me that they don't have a room my friend who referred me to the triage center had finished his third 30 days at the center on Wednesday and got a room for another 30 days on Friday meanwhile I'm out on the streets sleeping in the Parks or having a break into abandoned houses and I just think that this whole program is trash it's a joke they pick and choose who they want they don't actually help the homeless it's nothing equal and nothing fair about this which I understand because in life there's really not anything that's fair and equal anyway but this solidifies it these people don't like their job they don't like helping people they don't help anybody they just refer you as a number you're just another number whether or not they help you or not is irrelevant because they're still going to get their paycheck and it's going to be a hefty one.

I currently reside here.. all staff members are very caring and have been in situations themselves before so they're more understanding. My caseload counselor is top-notch although there are the counselors that are good to just not as good as mine.., if you're homeless get down here and do your assessment Monday through Friday

It's a homeless shelter for up to 3 months but it's a wait to get a bed/room it's a process to get in here. They don't allow any type of anything basically no TV, no fridge, no even a I've chest no type of extinction cords last thing No Visitors and no one can come into your room.

LOVE THIS PLACE ☺️ HONESTLY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY AND IM SO GLAD THAT I CAME TO THIS PLACE WHEN I WAS HOMELESS AND HOPELESS BUT NOW IM VERY HAPPY AND GREATFUL THAT THEY TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY SITUATION 💯 IF YOU ARE HOMELESS AND NEED SHELTER GET HERE ASAP THEY HELP YOU GET YOUR FOOT IN THE DOOR 🚪 BUT THE REST IS ON YOU ✅ THEY ARE LOCATED ON OLIVE AND 99 I VERY RECOMMEND IT !
