The Golden Sonora Home care center is much nice than some others I’ve been to.
My father in law is needing help right now and is very happy there.
I do think they might put some fans in the halls to circulate the air from the bathrooms. Today is was quite overwhelming!!

Update 12/20/24 - Unfortunately my Dad has memory issues and is not able to just pick up his phone and call me in his own. I left notes all around his side of the room with my phone number on it asking the Aides to just call me daily to just check in and make sure he is not agro from confusion. Make sure he knows everything is ok and we are all safe.
But the ONLY call I've got is from Admin stating that his current insurance is not covering him. After all the calls and emails and book of paperwork, along with coordinating with Bristol hospice, I was informed of this 3 weeks after signing and moving him in. Why?

The facility is well lit, clean, and organized. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and informative about anything you might have questions about. The facility is in a beautiful area, with good parking and access for those in wheelchairs or needing to be transported by van or ambulance. I'd highly recommend this place for any loved one.

The Human Resources (Iesha) is rude and heartless when I told her she needs better communication skills she said ok whatever and when asked to speak to her boss she said well you won’t get nowhere with speaking to Her my boss is literally my family member so your complaint won’t go nowhere sorry…Iesha was showing her kids pictures to me on her computer but as soon as I asked her questions about money and the stay about my mom she got very rude and disrespectful ….My mom will be placed somewhere else immediately. I have spoken to several people and nurses here and they agree on her rude disrespectful inconsiderate attitude towards others staff and including us family members. I will spread the word to as many people as I can about Iesha your so RUDE and don’t need to be around elders if you can be rude to family members imagine to your residents there. Iesha you need retraining on personality. On the phone your more disrespectful rolling your eyes and making faces when staff calls about issues and making comments about them to whoever is in there ( example) stated to me ( thats the CNA who wears pink scrubs all the time and has fake red hair she’s always complaining….when she leaves on vacation it’s so quiet) and started laughing.

I went to interview the facilty and understand the services offered. I was there for 1.5 hours, was given full attention and received very important and helpful information and support. I was very impressed with Timi who is in charge of the memory care wing. Extremel helpful
