I’m an Uber driver and someone from this location ordered a ride for a patient. Patient was soiled and stained my back seat. The nurse that brought the patient out knew that they were soiled because they told me that I would need to clean my back seat. I think it’s neglectful to keep a patient soiled and even more so to put them into my car without any prior warning or any covering for my car….0/0

Dirty and disgusting place; Charlotte is absolutely awful at what she does and a lot of the nurses are super lazy. Really ghetto place. Oh, and one day when I was there, a patient walked into the middle of the street. The 5 star reviews on here are complete lies and most likely fake to up their rating on Google.

Hospice patient was very well taken cared off up to the last breath. Staff are very knowledgeable and proficient in everything they do. Excellent healthcare patient skills. Superb teamwork. Highly recommendable for your loved ones.

Some staff are nice and hard working, ,some don't give a Dame about there job ,especially the nurse aid assistence,some of them are lazy no good dammed idiots.Lazy!!!.They some times did not wipe my mom's annal area,but ya,they of course change the diaper,with out wiping her but.Some of the nurses did not even bring up to my attention the scap wound of my mom's leg chin area.It was blue around it ,and they the nurses did not even know about it or bring it to my attention.1 more thing ,make shure u bring shampoo and conditioner,and good lotion,or the aid that assist the nurses will use Vaseline as a conditioner.Idiots!.Last thing,when u complain,some dumass nurses won't make eye contact ,even when u complain nice,I had to raise my voice a little with anger so can get there attemtion.The administrater is a nice man,He get the job done,BUT some worker are EVIL LIARS,especially the nurse aids.1 more thimg; if u bring valuables,keep your eyes on them,or somebody steal them from you.2stars.UNDERSTAFFED,TO MANY PATIENT'S.LAZY DAMMED ASS NURSE AIDS,some are lazy on there cell phone,while patience are in their chairs slump over.B aware.

Dirty.... i dont not recommended any one place their family members here. I dont know why its still open if you go at night or random hours you will see the residents dirty no shoes on outside spilled juice on them and bleeding with no bandages they been having scabies out break they do cross contamination in the kitchen

The staff is always friendly, they’re doing a great job of keeping the facility nice and clean. The location is very nice and very spacious.
