Absolute AMAZING! Best individualized care my husband could have had. Constant professional supervision by Physicians, Registered Nurses, physical therapists of all kinds, onsite Xrays plus much more! Spotless facilities, cheerful and caring staff, activities beyond fun with professional musicians, incredible meals prepared by Chef Tovar (studied at Cordon Blue!), and beautiful landscaped areas. Highly recommend it to make your recovery more expedient and happy.

My dad came here for about a week after getting a pacemaker. This is the nicest rehabilitation center I've ever seen! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The physical and occupational therapist are motivating and knowledgeable, the equipment is first rate. There are the usual activities which are terrific. One day they had a Hawaiian luau with entertainment, Mai Tai or Pina Colada and a wonderful plate of teriyaki chicken on a skewer, Hawaiian meatball with pineapple, a crisp warm vegetable bite and a Hawaiian roll. The weather was wonderful and the company delightful. I am so impressed with Glen Brook.

Having heard good things about GlenBrook we were very happy they were able to accommodate my partner following his open heart surgery. We never expected he would have many post op complications, but the nursing staff were quick to recognize his problems as they occurred and acted immediately to return him to the hospital each time. The entire staff, medical and administrative, were friendly, caring and helpful and should one of us require a nursing facility again we would only want GlenBrook. The food is good too.

Efrain Quintero was so helpful! We just walked in without an appointment. He didn't have any beds available but got us a place for my dad close to home in less than 30 minutes!!! Best service of the year!!!

I brought my mom to Glenbrook to recover after a pacemaker implant and congestive heart failure and highly recommend this facility. Glenbrook is clean, well maintained and they have some amazing staff members. I am so grateful for the nursing staff who have been there for her through 2 unexpected health issues. They have some really special CNAs that go above and beyond to help her with daily living activities. The food is good and they offer plenty of activities. The PT and OT staff are exceptional and get her on her feet even when she doesn't want to move. They offer everything you need to get rehabilitated and return home

Over the past few years I’ve had a series of surgeries, all resulting in the need for post-op skilled nursing and rehabilitation. I can truly say facilities are not created equally.
You can simply follow my lead and know that GlenBrook Health Center in Carlsbad California is head and shoulders above the rest. The food is good, the staff is polite and the physical therapy unequivocally the best.
GlenBrook Health Center is truly a Five Star facility. Do yourself a favor, pay a visit and see for yourself.

A close family member stayed at GlenBrook for several weeks. The care they received, even down to the smallest things, was excellent. Every single member of the staff was kind, capable, and compassionate. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions, working with us to find creative solutions to problems, and, despite having dozens of other patients to look after, always found time to answer questions or provide assistance.

Every single aspect of their services was excellent, from the food, to the laundry service, to the nurses and nursing assistants, to the physical therapy team, to the administrative staff. The rooms are spacious and fairly private. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil and help bring patients and their loved ones a sense of peace and calm. We didn't make much use of this, but they have activities every day, and I could see how much those meant to the other residents.

All that said, what really makes GlenBrook special are the people. I would never have believed this when we first arrived, but I was a little sad when we left, because I felt like I had made friends there. When you see people working so hard to take care of someone you love, you never forget it. I will never forget the people at GlenBrook for their dedication to their work. They truly make the world a better place.

The results speak for themselves: in our case, our family member was well on their way to a full recovery, thanks in no small part to the excellent care provided by the people at GlenBrook.

If you are in need of a skilled nursing facility, I absolutely recommend GlenBrook.

GlenBrook Heath Center is my #1 choice for Health care assistance . I`ve been there twice for short term rehab and PT .The PT and OT staff are outstanding . Very knowledgeable and provide individual evaluation and care . The entire staff are caring and personal and the Food is also very good. They provide daily activities and entertainment and a friendly atmosphere. The facility is top of the line and provides a safe and secure environment . Go take a tour , you wont be disappointed .
