Staff is great, very friendly and personable. Prices are out of sight now. I used to spend about $100 a week at this store. Now I often walk out empty handed. Glassware is priced way too high, as well as tags missing from about a third of the items I pick up. Mostly just go to get my steps in now. If they would drop prices then they would get my business back.

My favorite local treasure hunt spot! You never know what vintage goodness, artisan crafts or modern necessities you’ll come across (in good conditions). The place is clean, organized and have a friendly staff. I’m always greeted with a lovely smile and a kind word from the hardworking ladies. Drive-through donation spot is super easy and convenient too! The only thing that I wish this store would have is a fitting room. However, if you have a good eye, you’ll pick the right clothes or you can return them within seven days, so no biggie. I’ve noticed that quite a few people are complaining about pricing, and in my experiences many things are almost as new AND if you combine it with tag of the day 50% off and monthly newsletter 20% off the bill, you have a fabulous deal! I purchased a wonderful saw, and when I went back a day later the "Store Manager" Melissa had ordered the employees to violate Goodwill's own policy regarding pick-up times and put the saw back onto the sales floor. When I came back the next day it was gone. Melissa tried everything under the sun to deny me a refund on top of all that! I sweat to God, if it were not for the customer service manager Amanda. She finally convinced Melissa to refund the purchase price of the saw. She was kind l, polite, courteous and extremely professional. I had the displeasure of meeting Melissa today as she was scolding my 11 year old nephew (who is paralyzed from the waist down) for trying a wheelchair that had a few features his current chair doesn't. She yelled at him not to "play" on the "toys." I almost lost my mind. I'm a retired United States Air Force Captain and it took all my self control to keep from going off on this lady. Stay the heck away from the "Manager" Melissa and do yourself a favor and find Amanda

Goodwill is getting ridiculous. You guys are seriously selling someone's prosthetic leg? I've seen weird things at thrift stores, but ya'll are becoming ridiculous. Also, there are two other prices on this children's book, but you guys have it marked well above any of those prices. Why not remove the old prices? You already damage the books when you plaster the sticker on the cover so might as well take off the old price stickers. Greedwill.

GOODWILL DOES NOT CARE..
ACCIDENTALLY DONATED AN ITEM IN WITH OTHER DONATED ITEMS. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO LOCATE ITEM. THEY STATED THEY COULDN'T FIND ITEM BUT THEY HAD IT ON THE SALES FLOOR.
STORE OFFICIAL STATED WE COULD ONLY HAVE IT IF WE BOUGHT IT BACK. IT WAS TO US IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO BUY BACK. BUT COME ON "GOODWILL FOR THE PEOPLE."(NOT) THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY.
