I was able to Test Drive different vehicles to see the different features and be sure it was a smooth ride. Austin was amazing to work with. He helped me narrow down my choices and kept things moving along. I would forget sometimes what one or the other offered and he would always remind me what I said about it. Very Knowledgable and explained it, so I would understand.

Excellent service. Trust in their staff to fix things correctly is a 10 out of 10. Had two O2 sensors replaced on an older camper van. I told them we just bought it a week ago and they did a complimentary service check on the engine and components and all was good. Gives us confidence in driving longer distances. Will be our go to service center even though it is 40 miles away. Well worth the drive.

Never did I think a dealer would put the cheapest tires possible on a new vehicle. I just brough my vehicle in for service and the tires on are in the red after only 20,000 miles. I am sure it's not my driving that caused this but the sub par tires I bought the vehicle with. Service itself has been very good but I need to strongly think about where I buy my next car.

If you’re in the market for a different vehicle head on in to Gandrud. I was helping my mom and Shane happened to be on the lot walking through and helped us immediately. Very attentive and listened to all of my mom’s concerns. We were greeted inside by Tara and everything was wrapped up with Sam. Thank you to the Nissan team for making everything go so smoothly and for being so friendly. My mom left with her vehicle same day!

Extremely disappointed. I called on a truck of interest and spoke to a salesman 3 times, once right away when I saw the truck online (Friday) and again the next day to setup an appointment to test drive (Saturday afternoon) I even went to the dealership on Sunday when they were closed to look at the vehicle with my wife and kids and let this salesmen know that on Monday (3rd contact) as I had a few additional questions and confirmed again our appointment the following day (Tuesday) After the appointment time was established. I heard nothing until an hour before I was supposed to show up to see the truck. Evidently someone put a hold on the vehicle the night before I was supposed to come in. I understand there are other people in the market looking for trucks but you think it would build rapport and trust with the potential customers letting them know the level of activity around a specific vehicle and if I were serious about moving forward, which the amount of calls on the phone should make you believe I am, I should put some money down upfront. Instead, I’m given a call a hour before saying it’s accounted for and asking if I want to look at anything else. Just overall very unprofessional experience. I know their job is to move vehicles and out of respect for this specific salesmen I’ll leave their name out of it but that not the way to conduct business.

Highly recommend working with Adam Meyer!! He actually listened to me about what I was looking for and I purchased the perfect vehicle. He was very kind and polite. He took the time to go over the vehicle with me and explain all of the features my vehicle has to offer. If and when I need to purchase another vehicle I’m really hoping he is still working there as I will be going back. Very trustworthy.

Was shopping around for a 3rd row SUV for a few weeks. Worked with Bergstrom and had an absolutely terrible experience. Had a chance to stop in at Gandrud and met with Adam Meyer to look at Pathfinders. Adam wasn't trying to sell me on anything, listened to what I was looking for in a car and what my budget was. Was not pushy by any means and shockingly listened to what I wanted to do. I came in looking at a specific vehicle and left still kind of up in the air of what I wanted to purchase. The next day Adam did a follow up call and brought up another vehicle that fit my budget but still had the options I needed. He didn't try to push more money out of me or push my budget, instead he did some research and worked with his management team to find a vehicle for me. After the hard part was done I met Sam in finance and he was equally as courteous and helpful. My wife and I have leased a lot of cars over the years and the time with Sam in the finance office was the easiest and least time consuming we've ever had. Great team over there and they have a customer for life!
