Donated lots of clothes and household items after garage sale. I hadn't been there in a few years and the first thing I noticed was how clean the drop-off donation area is kept. I didn't have time to go into the actual store, but I'm sure it's as clean & nice as the exterior is. And everything stays local... which I love!

The men and women who do the food drive are a blessing to so many families. And everyone who donates and helps them prepare are just amazing. When families fall on hard times they can always depend on Gallatin CARES

Very Very picky. I had some very good clothes and miscellaneous household goods but they refuse to come pick them up. Unreal. I posted them on Facebook for free and got it all picked up within a few hrs. I wouldn't waste my time with Gallatin Cares

CARES is a great thrift store stop. Many of the folks who donate are motivated by their mission, so you find things of great quality and condition mixed in. Love to support them both by donating and shopping.

Absolutely the worst place ever I called for some help the guy told me he didn’t know what to tell me then proceeded to hang up on me it’s very sad this place used to be a great place for people in need

I love this place and the people who work there, and I love that the profits stay in the community. Not opening or accepting donations on weekends is horrible, though. They are closed when I go to work and closed when I get off of work. I’ve had to give so much to Goodwill (which I HATE) because I just can’t keep things sitting around for months.
