Our elderly aunt is currently at Clifden Court. Felicia, who is very kind and compassionate, helped us admit my aunt in a timely and safe manner. The resident assistants are also kind and attentive. I can tell they really care.The facility is very nice and offers many activities for the residents. The meals are prepared from scratch. We feel at ease knowing our aunt is in a good environment.

My dad has been here for about a year; the place is always clean, smells good, doesn’t reek of sorrow and death like most living homes do. They seem short staffed though. My dad only complained once about this place - he waited over 2 hours to get help going to the bathroom, he was basically stuck on the toilet until someone came to assist. They had said it was an awkward time lapse between shifts. To my understanding, I don’t believe they have a night crew … so when the last shift ends of the day, there’s no one there overnight until 6/7 am when the morning crew arrives. That’s a bit alarming.

Clifden Court offers a good variety of care options for all stages of Senior living. My mom can age in place here and if she has memory care needs in the future they have a community dedicated to just working with residents that have Dementia. Clifden Court is clean and well maintained with some nice updated decor that feels like home. I also like that the food is cooked from scratch right here on site under the supervision of their Culinary Director. The Nurses and the caregiving team are friendly and attentive as well making this a very nice community for my loved one to move in to.

My mom called to let me know that she was told that the new activities girl was let go. THE ONLY ONE WHO ACTUALLY CARED FOR THE RESIDENTS. Turnover rate here is to high. Caregivers suck and are rude and openly fight with eachother. I saw a major difference in my grandpa with her techniques in dealing with him (hes a grump) but he talked about her alot in her short time there.

Over the course of the past two years, I have come to know Clifden Court pretty well. It's really a great place for older folks that need some extra care (help with the bathroom, dressing, meals, etc). The staff is super friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Lots of activities and occasional outings help to keep the residents active and involved. If the time ever comes that my own parents need assisted living, Clifden Court would be right at the top of my list! Keep up the great work!

Beautiful facility located in Greendale/Franklin WI. The grounds are well maintained and the facilities are newly remodeled giving it a true home like setting. The staff are friendly and considerate to everyone who enters the building, but more importantly, they truly have a place in their heart for all the residents. All of the caregivers, the Chefs, nursing staff and administration go above and beyond to provide high-quality and compassionate care! The residents are treated as family and not just another patient. I know I would be proud to call Clifden Court home for any of my family member that may need this level of care in the future!

I had the opportunity to visit Clifden Court this past week and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is absolutely gorgeous! The apartments, dining room, social area, etc... Our tour guide was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. It was comforting to see the assisted living facility and know our loved one would be in very good hands if needed. As soon as our elderly father is ready, he will relocate to Clifden Court.

Please do not listen to all of the lies in these reviews. My dad is neglected every day at Clifden Court. Every time I come in there are new workers and management only last about two months before quitting. Do not send your loved one to this location please. My dad usually sleeps in soiled bedsheets and does not get cared for. He wears dirty clothes every day, doesn’t get shaved or bathed properly and his room is always in disarray.
