LeAnn has been the most wonderful nurse and efficient with getting my meds and other necessities that I have needed. She has also been there for personal and emotional help. I really love and respect her.
You are very fortunate to have her on your staff. I wish there were more like her here.

I was sent to Fresno Post Accute in early May 2024 and remained there until mid August 2024. I suffered from a stroke that left me basically paralyzed. The staff were amazing. They were extremely attentive to my needs and provided care with compassion and understanding. They were instrumental in helping me recover. I was admitted in agony and pain, and I walked out with a cane. While I’m still struggling with some paralysis, I believe it was their continued support and compassion that helped me recover so quickly.Thank you Fresno Post Accute, your staff is always in my heart.

This is by far the worst nursing facility! Bad management and poor patient care due to poor staffing/nursing ratio. If you want your family to be neglected send them here. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

This care facility was the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. I came to help my grandma get medical records for my great grandma who had recently passed and the first person we approached about the medical records told us they didn’t have them at there facility anymore and told us it was at a different office and I thought it it was really strange how they didn’t have any records of my great grandma who had just passed. I walked to the front desk and asked to make an appointment for the medical records, but I guess I had just missed her. So I left a note to make an appointment and all I hear is a nurse yelling at me, telling me to come to her in a rude manner. I asked her if she was going to give me the medical records, she said ooh no I’m just the nurse that hands out medicine. This care facility was unsanitary and unprofessional. I don’t EVER! Recommend anyone bringing their loved ones here. May god bless those loved ones in that facility.

Every time we go see my father in law, they are all very attentive and clean. There is always a cleaning staff mopping and cleaning. It smells clean, I made him a blanket and if it’s not on his bed, it’s in the wash and quickly returned to him. Every single person I have encountered there is smiling, helpful & kind. I would recommend this place to anyone needing care for a family member.

Horrible place. No professionals here.. My mother was a patient and she did not get her physical therapy as they lied and said she would. Was supposed to be daily but only was given 3 times in 2 weeks. They feed the patients scraps. Will post pics of the meals. My mother's medication was "lost" she never received even after several complaints. They are as nice as can be and will lie about their services to get you there. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

DO NOT let your loved one go here. They ignored my Grandma and caused her to develop terrible bed sores that got infected. They NEVER gave her physical therapy, which was supposed to be the whole point in her being there. Every time we were allowed to visit (which was rare and the rules changed all the time), my grandma was crying because they were responding to her buzzer. Grandma was TRAUMATIZED from her time there.

I haven't been there but my sister is there now. My advice, run! Run as far and fast as you can from there. My sister has congestive heart failure and has bone on bone knee problem and can't walk. Sent there for rehab. Roommate blares tv as load as it will go, cartoon station. Has asked several times for something to be done. They've hid the remote, taken the remote, and she miraculously finds it and on it goes, 24/7. First med they took my sister off of was lassix, med that keeps her from retaining water and putting pressure on her heart. She is to have no salt yet she was given ham and cheese sandwich for DINNER, cookie, sweetened punch. Tonight was balogna sandwich, chocolate cake (she's pre-diabetic), sweeten punch. And I could go on. She talked to kitchen supervisor who told her "everybody gets the same thing!" Can't do wifi because person who has password is off on the weekends. Only one person has the password? Really? They also don't do physical or occupational therapy on weekends either. This place should be shut down. I will be finding the correct agency to file a grievance because talking to their Dr, Nurses, Supervisor, etc has done absolutely no good.
