To ask someone’s sexual orientation upon walking in and right in the lobby is distasteful, disturbing and disrespectful all at the same time. Definitely didn’t feel welcoming and left out feeling more confused than when I first walked in. I’d give zero stars if I could just for the customer service alone. I also left them an email regarding how I felt and no one reached out to me. Train your staff and don’t ask people such personal questions right in your lobby for crying out loud,you should know better.
