Everyone in this office is kind and helpful Joanne was really rude and unprofessional I asked to speak with a case worker and she refused to transfer me and hung up. Unfortunately I had to restart the call, she awnsered again and hung up. If you happen to speak with her I really suggest you immideatly request a supervisor. Who else has had bad experiences with her?

Melissa was very rude and even hung up on me she didn't let me talk and didn't answer any of my question. why does she even work there? She has poor customer service skills. She needs to be trained or transferred to somewhere she doesn't have to have interactions with people.

Dads Beware!

The hours are B.S and they know it. Only 3 days open to make calls.

They put a Lien on my house for money due but I was never notified about. Case has been opened for almost 2 years….. you would think I would be notified? But no a 10 min phone call is hard work for these lazy people. And I get PAID every 2 weeks which leaves extra payment in the year (they know I make a lot of money so, I never miss a payment or have issues)… so where is my money? They don’t know. Also there are “lost checks” for over a month. They said it’s the USPS issue even tho we can all track mail going to an address and baby momma showed proof they never sent them. Even tho they received my payment, they see it has not been taken out but won’t send another check. Make that make sense…

They also take about $50 per month for fees and charge the person receiving the child support another “annual fee” for some BS reason.

Also, only knew about the Lien when I started to refinance my house this month. Causing delays.

I see why they have 3 stars but lucky I had a great case work ... only reason they getting 5 stars is cuz Priscilla was very helpful she deserves a raise and to train the employees.... happy with paying child support...

I went in to start making payments & asked about help with my past debit owed & this lady named Denise was amazing. She was so kind, professional and answered all my questions and helped me get on track with paying payments. After a few payments they will allow me to apply for relief for my past child support that's accumulated. I was hesitant going in but I left the building feeling confident with my situation. Thank you so much Denise. I was the lady who's boss was getting upset with the auto generated mail being sent & who wouldn't garnish my payments so I started making them on my own. Thank you so much!

No one in this office knows what they are doing .they will sabotage your case in any way they can withholding and miss informing. Till the bitter end .be safe and and make sure you go in the office to talk to some one

I went this morning had to park at a meter and all I got was a half hour, didn't know that I moved to a another meter thinking it was messed up, but I had already put in over a dollar in and it continued to read a half did it doesn't say you only get a half hour and to top it off the office was closed. Doesn't have it on the doors there office hours just a number to call. Perfect waste of time and money 😡
