I called for a simple question regarding thanksgiving boxes that were given out last year if they were going to be given out again and was answered by someone named Miguel who works at the pantry 11/26/2024 around 1:15 PM most rude person ever I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day himself but that’s no way to speak to someone on the phone when all they have is a simple question and a “no I apologize” wouldn’t been fine. I got 100% attitude through the phone and like if it took an arm and a leg to answer. Also I’ve been going to the pantry for a while and it’s quite disappointing that majority of food given out to students is not fresh, expired, or coming to its last date. These colleges make beyond money yet they can’t provide students with a few fresh products or even give good feed back or service.
