Edit: I saw that Blenda doesn’t work for the practice anymore. This tells me that they take patients’ concerns very seriously, which is what I am used to from them. Thanks guys for being great!!

Old review: This is a great practice in general with great staff, but I had to give them a one star review because their Psychiatrist has extremely poor listening/comprehension skills and doesn’t listen to what the patient has to say. Go see all their doctors they are the loveliest most professional people, just not their psychiatrist Dr. Blenda.

Nice building ,gated parking, plenty of parking spots, quick too call service ,rooms clean & fresh , nice medial staff, frendly nurses, great place treated well .comfort zone .

Worst medical care for more than 2 years! Referrals not sent, doctors and/or nurse practitioners do not listen. With all the restrictions they have for medications all these providers want to try alternatives but want you to come back weekly! That's a difficult task when people work and try to provide for their families. Over the phone visits work but only if the provider takes the time to call back or listen to your concerns and or health needs. I've been given so much of my valuable time and I'm no longer willing to do so! Finally got excellent medical insurance so I will be finding a new provider ASAP not at this facility. They've changed my medication so many times I feel like a guinea pig. Especially when I tell them what has worked over the years with my previous provider who no longer is in practice. They didn't take any of that into account and even told me in regards to one medication, that they were not prescribing it to me and wanted to know who prescribed it. Omg are you kidding. I have been on that medication for more than 20 years and this provider has been prescribing it to me since I've been here. Now that's a scary thought. I will leave you with that and be moving on to a different provider.

Appointment went well. Nora was great. William seemed new and a little tentative. All in all a good 1st visit. Only downside was the typical lobby wait. 0930 Appointment, not called into the back until 10.

Great Agency to be associated with. Very community oriented and great office staff. They have a medical facility on site that is well staffed and informed. Great community events, Halloween party, car shows, and health fairs. The tribal drummers and native dancers are great to watch and listen to.

I really like it the staff is very friendly they address you like your somebody. The doctor listened, ask questions and never talk over with negative comments. I'm glad I was appointed to them and highly recommend by a staff member..

Simran Kaur my Nurse Practitioner is amazing. I feel very comfortable discussing ALL my medical concerns. She has a great bedside manner. The entire staff here at FAIHP are great.
