We visited yesterday for the first time, and could immediately see that these animals are well cared for and loved. My daughter - who suffers from a variety of mental and physical challenges that impact her every day life - was introduced to her horse Angie, was shown how to saddle and bridle a horse, was introduced to the basics of riding, and learned that she was able to trust the horse and calm her mind. Her feedback on the way home was, "Mom, I haven't ever felt this calm in my life. Ever." We could tell that Brian was passionate about passing on his love of horses, and offering valuable positive feedback, while always making sure safety was top priority. My daughter is looking forward to more time with the horses at Freedom Ride Farms to strengthen her body and her mind.

This place is amazing! The owners’ love for all things, animal and human, shines through everything they do. My granddaughter was so afraid, not of the horses, but of the humans, that she almost backed out of the overnight horse camp. The horses were the draw, but what she really needed was the love and acceptance she found there from everyone! Great place❤️
