Our loved one had a wonderful experience at the Franciscan Villa. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Our loved one’s room was spacious with ample room for visitors. The staff were very kind and attentive. The physical therapists were knowledgeable and caring. The food was delicious. We could not have asked for more in a rehabilitation facility.

My 89 year old mom moved into Franciscan Villa on October 25th 2024.

Mom's transition, from living in her own home to now being in an assisted living facility, will take some time for her to adjust.

Franciscan Villa's leadership team and staff have been compassionate, professional and supportive throughout mom's transition. This includes the days and weeks prior to her move in date. I can't thank ZeliborkaTopic (Director of Marketing) enough for her continued efforts.

Franciscan Gardens Assisted Living has been an answer to my prayers! After an extensive search, I found a home that meets my brother's needs. We were warmly welcomed by all of the staff. The speech and physical therapists reached out to work with him almost immediately. He's only lived here for over a month and has already been seen by an in-house podiatrist, dental hygienist, and eye doctor. It's a true blessing to have his spiritual needs met with Mass celebrated in their beautiful chapel every Sunday. The Gardens is just that, natural beauty out every window! I feel very fortunate to have discovered this gem where I am confident that my brother is cared for, safe, and respected.

My grandfather was here for 2 weeks on hospice care, and we had a hard time getting the nurse to consistently give him pain meds to keep him comfortable. He had bed sores but was not turned regularly. I know he was nearing the end of his life, but we had family members staying around the clock to make sure he’s okay. It was heartbreaking to see him constantly uncomfortable and soiled. 0/10 do not recommend.

My sister who is 82 stayed here for rehabilitation the place was clean no smells and she had her own room.
The entire staff was nice friendly and very helpful,Jim the nurse helped with putting her in the car when she was discharged and very helpful with information,this place is great not like Heritage Square .That place smelled,had to share room with a broken bed,staff was so rude and not helpful at all .
I would give Franciscan Villa a 10

I use to love this place but not no more they need new HR and supervisors and management. I got let go for something I didn’t do. That was wrong, you have workers that are getting pay for not doing they job and making sure the place for the residence is clean, they do live there and that is they home now. I went and Beyond for this place to make sure the place was nice and clean. Never got a warning never got talk about what was going on in tell they supposed me, got let go for something I didn’t do or say

The rooms are very nice and roomy. You have your own bathroom and do not have to share. There is house keeping that comes in once and does lite cleaning. You get a shower and laundry done on the day assigned. There is a Chapel in the building so you don’t have leave to go to mass.
The activity director is just fabulous. She will come and get you for an activity and bring you back if you need help. There are outings and lots of things to do if you give it a try.
The food is good and there are snacks available most of the time. If you don’t care for the food offered you can order off a separate menu.

My dad has been here for a year and a half. Everyone here treats my dad like family. He is very well cared for by the Nursing/CNA staff and feels very comfortable staying here. The facility's cleaning staff does a great job keeping the place clean. The kitchen staff is so kind to all the residents and make them feel at home.
Our only complaint is they don't get the balleys channel so dad can't watch the Brewers game. Haha
