My Father in law was here for a few day. In those few days we were treated with kindness and warmth. The staff was absolutely amazing. Through every visit they made sure we were taken care of. He could be a bit stubborn at times but they were patient and kind. When my Father in law passed they were loving and respectful. I'm so thankful he could spend his final days in such a wonderful place. We can't thank them enough for that.

Sorry but not Sorry but not sorry they don't deserve any stars. I've been calling this facility every day for a week 2 and 3 times a day to speak with my nephew who has stage 4 cancer. Iam beyond being fabergasted that no one can tell me his status. No straight answers are given as to how he's doing. They are just saying he's sleeping and not taking calls at this.

Francis House is truly a home, and the people that make it what it is felt like family throughout the hospice process. My Aunt was a resident at Francis House in August/September 2023, and I saw firsthand what the concept of "dying with dignity" truly means. I am not a particularly religious person, but the staff and volunteers are truly angels. There is no other way to describe their work. They take such special care in making your last weeks or days on earth gentle and comfortable, and uplifting family and friends of the deceased who are coping with impending loss of a loved one.
