Absolutely stunning interior. Can't get over how beautiful it was.
Perfect location. There's plenty to do within walking distance if you don't want to wait for the parking ramp traffic to subside.
Only complaint is there was nowhere to purchase a bottle of water during a graduation ceremony. You'd think they'd make a lot of money if they sold water bottles, soda and simple concession items.

One of the true treasures of the Fox Valley. Home to many Broadway traveling acts. Seats are comfortable and views from all areas are nice. Nothing is better than the floor seats but definitely would not rule out upper seats. Skip the drink line, drink orders can be placed before arriving or while seated and can be picked up at bar areas, very convenient.
Season tickets for Broadway shows saves a fair amount of money more than buying individual tickets.

It's probably the best venue in the state. Always has something we want to see, and not a bad place to sit in the entire place. The folks that help you to your seat are so friendly and helpful. Does cost a bit, but if you purchase on-site way cheaper than online thru ticket master with all thei BS extra charges.

Great theatre and beautiful space for any performance. Just wish the seats had a bigger pitch between rows. Great staff and volunteers and convenient parking across the street. If it's a late night, the Hilton is across the street and good restaurants nearby. The Italian place is great.

It's very long. I apologize. I wish I could give a 0, but I unfortunately can't.

We went to Lion King last night and had a horrible experience. There was a girl behind my husband that wouldn't stop kicking the back of his seat. I didn't know that this was happening or I would have said something sooner. She stopped for a while when an usher talked to her but started up again. His anxiety was going crazy and he had to get up and leave. He is very disabled and it's hard for him to get out of the house. We saved up money and I worked lots of overtime so we could afford these tickets as we spent a lot of money on them. They were Christmas and Birthday gifts for us.

We talked to a "manager" during intermission and it went downhill from there. She found us some different seats that weren't being used but she made a disabled elderly man get up. We were so disgusted by this and said we weren't doing this to that man.

Then she asked if she could try more seats. By this time, we had missed a lot of the second act. We said no and was just going to go home. We asked for a refund or exchange and she said no, all she did was offer to have someone higher up call me. I said no.

I called this morning and the lady said that all she could do was offer us tickets for tonight's show at a discounted price because there were no refunds. I told her that was just rude for her to expect us to give them more of our money for a terrible night, and I hung up the phone.

We both love music and have been to quite a few shows over the years and this is by far the worst experience and service I have ever received.

We may never go back to the PAC, which is very sad for us.
