I went to this food shop to help my daughter out because is working at the times they're open, I never write negative reviews but I have to be completely honest.. the man at this food shelf was rude disrespectful acted better than me the food shelf closes at 4:00 I was there at 3:30 and he said well you'll going to have to come back on Wednesday nothing he can do about it very rude and inconsiderate like he was giving me food out of his pocket and let it be known I never went back people that work at the food shelf or that help other people that are in desperate need should not act better than that person

I’ve visited this food bank twice, I love the staff and know several personally, except the man heading this food bank. He goes by sarge and if you think that doesn’t seem like a name given to someone who doesn’t have a lot of compassion you’d be correct! Rude, dismissive, arrogant, all equally describe this “man” I use quotations because he may be more accurately described as a boar, what joy this person derives from demeaning people who may be at their lowest point is beyond me especially now during a global pandemic when many people are feeling a financial strain they’ve never felt before is beyond me. This boar needs to find somewhere else to volunteer, someplace where he won’t be talking to anyone since he apparently lacks the skill to be civil and kind

Helpful. Seen ad in library. Tasty fruit donated. A big guy in charge was not very sociable treated people like cows trying to get in barn at once. Old bread not interested, my husband uses it from grocery store for baiting bears.

The guy working the main desk is a bit of a grump, but the timeliness is great and the rest of the volunteers are really sweet. I didn't have to wait long at all.
