Food for Life is a truly needed place in this community. I know that this ministry is run with love and service based on the Christian spirit. As a non-profit organization, it receives support from many volunteers and churches around the area. Almost all of them volunteer their time and energy to serve many people. Not only that, young teenagers are also volunteering here and are being trained to become essential members of this society. I have volunteered here several times before. Now my princess helps here. It is such a great place fill with true love. Please support and pray for here.

I’m going to start off by saying that I am glad that places like these exist to help those in need. However, a recent interaction with an individual has left me with a very disappointed and bittersweet feeling about the people that lead the organization.

My elderly mother had a heartbreaking experience at Food for Life Ministry. After borrowing a car to seek assistance, she was denied food because they claimed her card was “used,” even though she hasn’t visited in months. Worse, the staff member was incredibly rude, leaving her humiliated and in tears. When I called to clarify, the older woman I spoke to was equally dismissive and disrespectful. It’s appalling that an organization claiming to represent a ministry of the Lord would treat people this way. This experience was anything but kind or compassionate.

I simply love this organization. I used to volunteer to sort out food and dispense to the community. It is a wonderful place with caring people giving food to the community. I like to get the $25 value box. But you can also donate $5 or if any. I am so grateful. Thank you so much. I appreciate this place on some occasions I was low on food for my kids. But they were there for us with God's love and compassion. Now, I am happy to say that I live right down the street of this location and will be volunteering a little bit of my time to help. Thank you once more and God bless......

This is a GREAT Christian food bank. The staff and volunteers are always welcoming, friendly and polite. I've been going every Saturday since being unemployed.
