Taking from detroitters tax money in order to make sure a majority white city we are redlined from has what they need off my kind and hard community.

We dark skin people don't have access to the same opportunity and help. We want Farmington to stop stealing resources using the term metro Detroit!

Theres nothing metro or Detroit about Farmington it's called stealing and we don't have enough to share. Your city already has enough money stop stealing your culture needs to finally learn how to make it on your own without stealing resources from Black people. We are sick of you letting your politicians steal with and for you. Make your own way and stop trying to make us go penniless and we don't even have proper housing or ac like you selfish people do.

From the moment I met these amazing humans a few years back, I knew this organization was something special. Their entire team is so wonderful, so authentic, and so focused on their mission of bringing joy and comfort to kids in the hospital with warm cozy fleece blankets. The simple but powerful act of a warm colorful blanket truly works wonders and they are bringing so many smiles to so many kids who need it in the hospital. A+++ for Fleece & Thank You!

This Organization is making such a wonderful impact on Children's lives as well as there families. They are make a difference in our community here in Michigan as well as communities outside of Michigan. They create a warm and welcoming environment with every event they host
leaving a lasting effect on everyone they meet. After an emergency room visit turned into an extended stay, hospital staff gave a blanket to our daughter. She had a rough go at first and clinged to her new blanket the entire time.

Today, she started feeling much better and said, "Mommy. This blankie makes me happy." Happy Kiddo = Happy (tearful) Parents

So... thanks to Fleece & Thank You, and all of the wonderful volunteers who work so hard to bring suffering kids a ray of sunshine through the clouds!

We'll be ordering blankets kits as soon as we get home, with hopes that we can return the favor.

Fleece & Thank You feels like a close knit family of volunteers working together to achieve their goal of delivering 30,000 fleece blankets to hospitalized children throughout Michigan. FTY organizes blanket making events for schools, companies, groups and more. They turn the act of volunteering (making the blankets) into social outings that people really enjoy being a part of. FTY uses innovative technology to connect the blanket makers with the blanket recipients to exchange motivational and gratitude videos. Absolutely love being a part of this great organization!

This organize is everything you could dream a service agency to be. Every single person there that I’ve met, especially Nicholas, does everything with the sole purpose of doing good. The people and the mission are absolutely pure and completely inspirational. If you have any opportunity to support them or get involved in anyway- you will not regret it.
