The front desk manager, if you can call her that, I think her name is Sarah, Is unnecessarily rude. Ive come here as a visitor with my good friend a few times and this was the first time I've been met with such an aire of hostility and disrespect. The old director Leann was much better at guest service. This woman was snappy towards my friend's children and had a terrible chip on her shoulder as well as a nasty attitude. As a business owner I would never let someone like that be the face of my company. The towels that were given to me were sloppy and smelt like mildew, the foyer was disgusting and dirty, and I'm pretty sure I saw a dead fly on one of the window sills. I will never take my children nor family here again as long as staff continues to do the club a disservice. The drinks at cafe are wonderful and staff at the bar is always kind. The receptionist out front could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

No type of diversity here:) Coaches and members are very self centered. Would never recommend this club to any person of color. Diversity is beautiful and the quicker you guys can learn that, maybe your club will flourish more.

I love this place. Best gym to work out at in Fresno. Super friendly people. Great kids club for the kids. Leann does a great job running the club. The swim club is Fresno's best kept secret. If you want to get in shape, swim club will do it.

I rate it one star’ because the service was awful I took my grandson there for swim lessons and we were so disappointed .all they did was take my $280 that’s what the one star is for. they had cockroaches in both of the pools ‘the pools were dirty they did not give him a completion certificate from swim school’
or the pictures under water.The staff and the corporate office have lied to me consistently about the pictures and more lesson at pool .Leannand Kyla’ they truly should refund some of my money back ‘I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I swam club here (Fig Garden Dolphins) during the off season as a younger. The best kind of people are found here; members, guests and staff alike.
