I have never had such a terrible experience with someone who is there to HELP others! This woman was rude to me every single time I spoke with her. This is a place to help others and that means you should be courteous to them. Not her though! I’m a single mother of 3 that is dealing with some things in my life just like everyone else. I was recommended to this woman. When dealing with others from the legal system and they don’t get back with you, how would you know what’s going on? She says I don’t know a lot and just have my hands in the air. Well, when no one gets back to me, no I don’t know but that doesn’t give her the right to talk down on me like she’s better than anyone. I’m in the process of looking for work and she seems to think I have all the time in the world to sit around on my phone, making a bunch of phone calls to more people who won’t help me. I have a baby to take care of and a toddler so no, I do not have all this free time on my hands. I do not appreciate the way that she has been speaking with me. She’s in a position that is there for people to go to for help. I would NEVER go to her for help or speak to anyone the way she does when someone comes to me for help. She’s rude and unprofessional!
