Unbelievable how they have so many reviews of saving these wonderful dogs, however when I called crying they gave me the run around and then a flat NO. They don't care about Ill dogs! They are a joke. These good dog reviews are hard to believe because I sure didn't receive this service. The lady at extension 106 is rude, impatient and no support at all. Terrible terrible, doesn't even deserve the one star but I had to just to get in my terrible experience

They gave me a case manager and my dog Luna get emergency vet visits. Her foot got caught in an escalator on our way to an appointment. I have had her since over a decade ago she has kept me company I got her when she was 3 free on craiglist. Now she is 14 a senior, and I really appreciate your organization helping her. They are helping me get my bandage changes for her. Angel organization 💖

This place is truly a savior to Buddie and I. What I thought might be just a little injury was actually an infection under his nail that had spread to all of his paws. I would not have been able to do much for him since the moving company I worked for was sold and I have been unemployed on top of being that we live in a car and gas prices have risen along with food costs. Thank you pets of the homeless the quality of life you contributed to for Buddie is life saving. Thank you Gayle for the immediate assistance that made his care possible I really appreciate it and would not have done it with out you and pets of the homeless.
