I stayed here for multiple years 10-12 old, HORRIBLY ABUSIVE, GLORIA, ERICA, AND JOHN, were the most abusive staff members of all the group homes I ever went too. This place routinely stole donations and never gave them to the kids... Truly horrible place, very abusive.

This is a place of hope, encouragement and love. I saw a little boy grow into a teenager under the care of Father's Heart Ranch staff. They took care of him because his parents weren't able to do so.
Things did eventually improve for this young guy, but it was a struggle. It felt good to know that these people had his back all those years.
I pray that the young man is now living with his parents or will have the opportunity to do so very soon.

Thank goodness for the staff, who make this a place of refuge and home, for the young boys that don't have one.
Please continue to do the work that our Heavenly Father has called you to do. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Blessings and love to you always Staff!

I've heard great things about the Ranch from other church members. Father's Heart Ranch has a good reputation in this community. I've been involved in collections for
the boys myself.

I used to live here about 6 or 7 years ago. I was around the age of 13 or 14 before I actually left. Actually I recognize a lot of the comments below. I agree with most of them, just like any place it has its pros and cons. The place itself, I donโ€™t believe helped me. But the people who was there, and the people who took part of my life, each individual changed my life in a different way. I can say that Iโ€™m not happy I had to be there, or spend that much time as I did stuck in thereโ€ฆ but in the long run, I can see it wasnโ€™t wasted. I see that itโ€™s something that was very much needed.

I lived here with my wife and two young sons when it was originally purchased by an incredible couple whose love and compassion for not just the children but the parents as well is above reproach. It has come a very long way and has survived through tough times. Just surviving the regulatory rigors by the State alone is evidence enough of the quality of care given to these young boys. God Bless the staff and God Bless these young souls.

It takes a special kind of organization to help abused and/or neglected children and it is especially challenging in the regulatory heavy state of California. I am sure there are bad apples but the staff and volunteers I have met put their heart and soul into providing for the kids with the utmost love and compassion. It is sad that homes like this need to exist but Father's Heart Ranch appears to be doing a great job.
