F.s.s has been amazing, I have been working with Barb for a year and a half now, and she has been amazing. The office is clean and welcoming and friendly, Kayla is an absolute doll at the front desk. I recommend family supportive services to my friends all the time, or others that are looking for counselling services. They are flexible, friendly and kind, and I am not a person who ever wanted to talk about my problems. I have come a long way, and continue to grow. F.s.s. will always be a safe place for me and i appreciate them more than i coukd ever say.

Zero stars.
Receptionist lied about being in-network with insurance at the beginning of year, “Oh we just started taking Priority Health, so we’re able to bill them for you now.” Nothing was mentioned about not YET being in network. I wouldn’t have scheduled.
Receive statement that said “services were denied”. Called insurance and they said “services are covered ask provider to rebill”. Call back to find out, “Yeah we don’t take Priority currently. We’re waiting for our contract to finalize.”
This place is a joke. Had been forced to switch therapists within the building due to knowingly having a conflict of interest, several months back. That should have been my first warning. Just get put on a waitlist at a better facility, it’s worth it.

My daughter liked the therapist but they are not In Network like initially explained with Tricare, they only accept it, so expect to pay the higher co-pay if you choose them. There's also no way for the PCM to write a prior auth either.

I've only been going there for a little while, but I like it. My therapist is very nice and attentive and despite the confusion with the covid pandemic she was okay doing phone calls and even told me that I could call her personal line (still a business cell I think?) if I needed anything. That alone was a huge weight off my shoulders. I haven't had to call her outside of our scheduled times but just knowing she was there for me if I needed it was awesome!

Leaving this review will change nothing. Constantly getting ignored or told I will be called back and rarely happens, No communication whatsoever. Seems as though this is nothing but a profiting organization off these families. All I can say is I hope they have helped some one out there because all I have seen and been shown is disrespect as a father and a lazy faulty system that needs to be investigated further and will try my hardest to make it happen.

How do you say this is a parent session when they follow you around and in the bathroom to pluse they rush you around and give you no time or private time and they don't do when you call there supervisor but I wish I could give lower but this how low I can give them
