There Should be an option for zero stars. This Session was the worst I’ve ever had. The Social worker therapist for outpatient help, with a 2 year master’s degree, Would not listen or retain any feedback each person was giving. It Caused unnecessary trauma that will be improved with healing at another provider.

The quality of the staff is below average; by a lot. The staff acts like psychologists when their training yields social work. They overstay their appointments (which bills insurance $125 per 50 minutes), are regularly late for the appointment, and have deplorable mental health training. Sub par at best. I don’t recommend ANYONE coming to Family Services of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

I got kicked out of the program because someone in my group harassed me, and I told my support people. They said I broke confidentiality. It's not a safe environment.
