I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Family Service Association, particularly with Jennifer, the receptionist. Her behavior was degrading, and condescending. Despite my willingness to volunteer my time to fix their outdated phone system—a task their IT contractor has failed to resolve after several tickets and three months—Jennifer treated me with utter disrespect. She refused to relay my message to the administration and instead gave me an unnecessary rundown of other people’s job responsibilities and duties, while she was not even doing hers at all. It’s shocking to see a nonprofit organization mistreating its volunteers, making them feel undervalued and dismissed, especially those who are there to provide essential support. This experience has left me questioning the values and professionalism of the Family Service Association that I cherished during my many years of volunteering and employment. This current state of mind at FSA is unacceptable and falls far below the standards it once upheld.

FSA is an astounding human services organization! This organization is efficient, professional, and friendly. I love being a case manager in the Senior Nutrition Program and being able to help seniors every day. I recommend using their services because you are guaranteed to be treated with respect in any department.

Everyone in each department genuinely cares about the community members they work with and ensure they have the necessary resources. Case managers in the senior nutrition program love connecting with their clients on a personal level. This agency is a great resources for the community of Moreno Valley many working families needs quality child care and this organization provides just that. They stand strong on their mission Family Strength is Community Strength. The have 10 location throughout Riverside county and 6 of our 10 of the locations are accredited by NAEYC which mean we are the best quality child care around, so if your looking for child care or you have anyone you may no whom is seeking child care we are here for you just give us a call or stop by any of the 10 locations.

FSA is a wonderful organization that provides so many services for families in the Inland Empire. I would recommend this organization for families who need high-quality child care or behavioral health services. They also provide daily meals for seniors to support their health and independence. This is a great organization!

Through the Senior Nutrition Program, FSA provides weekly nutritious meals to seniors located in Riverside and San Bernardino County. FSA has various departments including HOPE Collaborative, Child Development centers, Family and Mental Health services for families needing assistance. FSA is a great organization and staff is very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

My daughter currently goes to one of their sites in Moreno Valley and they have been nothing but kind to me. I work overnights and they always are so kind to me and the teachers are all a delight. My daughter who started school being very antisocial and not liking other kids now talks and plays and loves going to school and has friends that she loves talking to me about. She has come out of her shell thanks to her teacher and classmates and I love how they always keep us updated on everything going on. During this Covid crisis the school has been going above and beyond to make sure everyone is safe and making masks a normal part the the curriculum. I am so thankful to Miss Lacy and to my daughters teachers for everything and will continue with this program until my daughter ages out of it and starts public school.

Have had the great privilege to experience firsthand the hard work that FSA's dedicated team does! Whether it's the Case Managers in Clinic and Senior Nutrition, the Clinicians providing support and care to kids and their parents, and the community Care all FSA's Senior & Community Centers provide their regions is inspiring and heartwarming. We need more organisations like FSA!
