Hellen and Tracy are great and very helpful. The Housing Authority can help residents obtain assistance to pay their tents under the HUD section-8 program or one of their owned units. A good resource for the Evanston Community. They do have a waiting list for the program so apply now.

Very rude. Very mightier than thou atmosphere. I was treated with total disrespect, even walked out on by Tracey. Be willing to endure her sour attitude even in phone calls. Make sure you have every place you lived, all phone numbers, addresses, and everything for the last 5 years, even if you have been homeless, they will need info on who you lived with or they will tell you you are a waste of THEIR time. Very unwilling to help those in need, and you will be treated like garbage for needing this help. GOOD LUCK!

The people they have running this place are not there to help people. They are absolutely rude and inconsiderate they only care about their paychecks. This place I already got hit for embezzling money. Tracy's no better than the previous director. I think they need investigated again I'm sure money is going into the wrong pockets.
