I went in expecting the worst, but actually had a pleasant experience. The employee on the title side was so friendly and efficient. There were about five people before me, and I waited around 30 minutes to be called.

One person always doing drivers tests and I.d’s ….. how long of a wait…. over an hour and a half…. Yall take enough money out my paycheck that I shouldn’t have to wait that long to get an I.d for my kid. Hire some one else or learn to schedule your employees better. Sick of this place

Nothing seems to change here. Do not show up here with any other plans if you have tag work to get done. Very incopassionate employees. They have no respect for your time, just your money. They know there's no other way around it. Terrible experience as always.

This has to be to poorest run office in the county!!! Another example why all elected government officials need only two terms!!! The tag office never answers the telephone… answering machine says they will return phone calls… that’s a lie!!!

Had to get my drivers test done waited for 5 and a half hours for her to call my name and tell me they stopped taking driving tests 30 minutes ago and to come back tomorrow

This place is a joke. I look at the postings and I can’t help but laugh. These people cannot do anything in 15 minutes except tell you you need more documents that were not listed on the website. I have no respect for anyone in this group….especially the tax commissioner. I have never worked with a group that won’t work with you in anyway. There is a young man in the title group that really works hard. He was processing 3 customers to the other 2 ladies. Was hoping to get him but had to settle for the young lady next to him. What a rude and utterly sad excuse for a clerk.

They've changed the way they receive customers now. You go in and take a seat and wait your turn. The service is good. They are professional and courteous and work in a timely manner.

47 people in line at 2 PM, I counted. Three windows open, I timed the line and one person advanced every 8 minutes. I have no doubt that the ladies working were doing their best but whoever the administration is down there could have reallocated resources to meet a predictable need.
