Saturday 2/14/25, a group of us from El-Beth-El Temple Church, Detroit, had the pleasure of volunteering at Eternal Light Organization, Dearborn Heights, servicing the public with a wide variety of foods. It was a blessing to me to be able to be of service. We also went home with a car full of goods. I will definitely be going back to assist this wonderful organization again. Eternal Light Organization is truly living up to their name.

Food bank distributing rescue food. Helpful and efficient. No guarantee on what kind of food is available. They fill the basket or car for you with whatever they have available that day.

Tried to get ..help / assistance - three girls couldn't help - gave me two names / ph#s of men that could..haven't contacted them yet..seemed unprofessional...Entrance not clearly marked..
But recommended by DH - Ordinance Officer...

I walked up there they gave me food but they told me to get a ride and come back up the next day so I did. Only to be turned away because they said they were giving all their food to a church that was there at the time. I left with nothing that day and I still had to pay the gas money for the ride. Why would you get ve all your food to a church when you have a hungry family standing right outside your doors?

I,call while i,was in the parking lot,the owner said they were close?as I sat there still in the parking lot.i see him giving out food?i,got out of my car and said i,just call you said you were close!he replied that's my family'!so you close but your Family can take all the food!!!it's not fair!how can this be!this happened 9/28/2023 he needs to be fired!!!!!!!!

Most of the food they gave us was expired and the milk has 1 week unreliable it expires
